It's not new that most people has a New resolution once the new year is about to come. This can be stopping a bad habit or starting a journey to live healthier or starting a new business, whatever it may be, if you don't strategize yourself to achieve it, it may fail. According to Tony Robbin," Most new year resolution fail before 15th of January. So for yours not to fail, here are tips to help you start and achieve your goals.
1. ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ณ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Know what your really want to achieve with your resolution. Take for instance that your new year resolution is to start visiting the gym this year. You don't just say that, why do you really want to start going to the gym. You could go there to build up muscles, lose belly fats or just to be fit. So be specific with what you want to achieve.
2. ๐ ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ ๐ฎ ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐: Now that you have a clarity on what you want, map out a strategy to achieve those things. Let's say you want to lose belly fats in 6 months time, you can start by checking your diet, how many sit ups you can do in a day to get your tummy down by 6 months. If you break your plan into chunks, you will be able to achieve them before the end of time.
3. ๐ฆ๐๐ผ๐ฝ ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐น๐: This can make you feel overwhelmed at some point because you feel your plan is easy hence your goal should be achieved immediately. This feeling can make you quit before you get started.
4. ๐ง๐ฒ๐น๐น ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ณ๐ฎ๐บ๐ถ๐น๐๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ง ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐ซ ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: This is just a way to commit your plans to others for them to serve as a reminder to achieving your plans. This should be discussed with people who understands what you're doing for them to help you achieve your goals.
5. ๐๐ผ๐ป'๐ ๐ด๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ผ ๐๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฃ๐ค: Do you know there are people who will always criticize you whether good or bad? I know you know the answer is YES. Now, It's up to you turn the discouragement and critics into Strength in order to achieve more. When I said tell your family and friends about your plans, definitely I don't mean those that will criticize your plans and make sure you don't proceed with your plans.
6. ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ดโโ๏ธ: Upon all these things I mentioned above, Executing is the best, Action is what will take you to where you want to be. Like I said before, break your plans into chunks and start working towards it.
